Adam Cegielski

CEO and Director

Mr. Cegielski has over 20 years of experience in the venture capital industry ranging from mineral exploration, technology, health care and education. He started his career developing an industrial mineral project in Uganda that he later sold to Rio Tinto. Mr. Cegielski was the founding director of Cayden Resources, which was sold to Agnico Eagle Mines for $205-million. He is the founder, CEO & director of Binovi Technology Corp, a neurotechnology company driving higher levels of human performance through the use of Binovi technology.

Dr. Eric Jensen PHD

Director

Dr. Jensen has over 26 years of industry experience and is the General Manager of Exploration at EMX Royalty Corporation. Dr. Jensen is a co-founder of Bronco Creek Exploration and has extensive experience in the planning and implementation of regional- to project-scale exploration programs. He has relevant exploration, research and academic experience in mineral deposits related to alkaline magmatism, “high- and low-sulfidation” epithermal gold deposits, porphyry-style deposits, mesothermal lode gold systems, and iron-oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) systems. Dr. Jensen graduated from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota in 1993 with a B.A. in Geology, and received his Ph.D. in Economic Geology at the University of Arizona in 2003.

Joel Shacker

Director

Mr. Shacker has worked extensively in the cannabis and finance space over the past six years. Taking over as CEO of Primary Energy Metals Inc. (now Mota Ventures Corp.) in early 2019, Mr. Shacker implemented a new vision for that company. Mr. Shacker is also the CEO of RewardStreamSolutions Inc. and previously sat on the board of directors for publicly trading cannabis lifestyle company Weekend Unlimited Inc. Mr. Shacker holds a business administration degree (honours) from Ivey Business School, specializing in finance.

Simon Studer

Director

Mr. Studer is an anthropologist holding a Masters in Earth & Energy Resources Leadership from Queen’s University, Canada. He brings relevant experience and sustainable business acumen with a special focus on Latin America to the mining industry. He has served as an international consultant for various junior mining companies in key aspects of their business development in the Americas and Europe.

Toby Pierce

Director

Mr. Pierce is currently CEO and Director of TAG Oil Ltd, a TSX-listed oil and gas producer in Australasia.  Mr. Pierce has 25 years of geological and financial understanding within the resource sector.  He has been a founder, CEO or director of numerous private and public mining and natural resource companies including: Benchmark Metals, New Placer Dome Gold, Gold Line Resources, Crest Petroleum, North Country Gold, Brilliant Resources, Red Tail Metals, Kingfisher Metals and numerous shell companies in the Canadian and London markets. Mr. Pierce holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Business and a Bachelors of Science degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Victoria.
