Toby Pierce

Chairman/Director

Mr. Pierce is currently CEO and Director of TAG Oil Ltd, a TSX-listed oil and gas producer in Australasia.  Mr. Pierce has 25 years of geological and financial understanding within the resource sector.  He has been a founder, CEO or director of numerous private and public mining and natural resource companies including: Benchmark Metals, New Placer Dome Gold, Gold Line Resources, Crest Petroleum, North Country Gold, Brilliant Resources, Red Tail Metals, Kingfisher Metals and numerous shell companies in the Canadian and London markets. Mr. Pierce holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Business and a Bachelors of Science degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Victoria.

Taj Singh

President/CEO and Director

Mr. Singh is a mining executive with over 22 years of experience in corporate development, capital markets, finance, project development, engineering, and operations. Most recently he was founding President and CEO of NOA Lithium Brines Inc. (“NOA”) and during his time the company successfully went public, carried out multiple funding rounds, and had significant exploration success at its flagship Rio Grande project in Salta, Argentina. Prior to his time at NOA, Singh was founding President and CEO at Mexico-focused developer Discovery Silver Corp (“Discovery”). During his 5-year tenure with the Discovery, Singh led the growth of the company to a market capitalization of over C$500M, representing +30X growth during his time there. From the 2016 go-public to 2020 Mr. Singh also served as Director / Lead Independent Director of the Board of GT Gold Corp. which was subsequently acquired by Newmont Corporation (C$393M). Mr. Singh is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng), a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Metallurgy / Minerals Processing) and a Master of Engineering degree (Metallurgy).

Benjamin Gelber

Vice President of Exploration and Director

Mr. Gelber is a professional geologist with over 17 years industry experience specializing in orogenic gold systems, garnering a deep understanding of geological and structural controls on mineralization in orogenic systems at all scales, including developing and managing large and complex district to camp scale exploration programs. He was previously with Barrick Gold Corporation as Exploration Manager, Guyana. Prior to Barrick, Benjamin held the positions of Generative Exploration Manager, and Group Geology Manager with Asanko Gold Inc, now named Galiano Gold Inc.
Rob Leckie

Robert Leckie

Director

Mr. Leckie is currently a Vice President of Dundee Corporation and CEO of Agrimarine Holdings. He has 15+ years of experience in the capital markets and has previously been a Vice President at Dundee Resources where he was responsible for identifying, developing, and overseeing investment opportunities. He was also a Co-Managing Director of Dundee Acquisition, the first special purpose acquisition corporation (“SPAC”) created in Canada, a Founding board member Nova Royalty Corp, and a board member of Reunion Gold, Magna Terra Minerals, and Cathedra Bitcoin. Mr. Leckie is a co-founder and director of Somerset Energy Partners, Valkyrie Oil Trucking Corp., and South Viking Energy Corp.

Adam Cegielski

Director

Mr. Cegielski has over 20 years of experience in the venture capital industry ranging from mineral exploration, technology, health care and education. He started his career developing an industrial mineral project in Uganda that he later sold to Rio Tinto. Mr. Cegielski was the founding director of Cayden Resources, which was sold to Agnico Eagle Mines for $205-million.

He is the founder, CEO & director of Binovi Technology Corp, a neurotechnology company driving higher levels of human performance through the use of Binovi technology.

Dr. Eric Jensen PHD

Advisor

Dr. Jensen has over 26 years of industry experience and is the General Manager of Exploration at EMX Royalty Corporation. Dr. Jensen is a co-founder of Bronco Creek Exploration and has extensive experience in the planning and implementation of regional- to project-scale exploration programs.

He has relevant exploration, research and academic experience in mineral deposits related to alkaline magmatism, “high- and low-sulfidation” epithermal gold deposits, porphyry-style deposits, mesothermal lode gold systems, and iron-oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) systems. Dr. Jensen graduated from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota in 1993 with a B.A. in Geology, and received his Ph.D. in Economic Geology at the University of Arizona in 2003.

Gordon Keep

Gordon is a Professional Geologist in the province of British Columbia, holds a B.Sc. in Geological Science from Queen’s University, and an MBA from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Gordon Keep has extensive business experience in investment banking and creating public natural resource companies.  

Mr. Keep is the CEO of Fiore Management & Advisory Corp., a private financial advisory firm that currently manages more than 20 public companies and assists these companies with corporate administration services and provides financial advice with respect to its strategic direction and corporate development. Fiore began its operations in 2001 and has a successful track record of launching and building many natural resource companies as a result of their access to capital and creative deal making.

Douglas Cater

Douglas is a professional geologist with more than 35 years experience in the exploration and mining of precious metals including project management, holding various management, C Suite Executive and directorships with several senior-tier mining and exploration companies.

Douglas is former Vice-President Exploration of Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd. (2016 – 2019), and St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. (2012 – 2015), former Project Manager for Sabina Gold & Silver Corporation’s Back River Gold project (2009 – 2012), and former Exploration Manager for Dundee Precious Metals Inc. (2005 – 2009). Currently Douglas operates D.F Cater Consulting Geologist Ltd., providing property evaluations, technical reports and project management services to mining and mineral exploration companies.

James Greig

James Greig, is a co-founder, current President and Director of Benchmark Metals Inc. James holds an MBA from the University of Calgary and a BA (Geography) from Carleton University. James has over 25 years experience in the resources sector and has comprehensive experience in exploration, development and mineral production, as well as extensive capital raising expertise and experience. 

James played an integral role in the advancement of Keegan Resources Inc.’s (now Galiano Gold) 5 million ounce Esaase Gold Project in West Africa, and more recently, James and his team successfully secured over CA $90m for the advancement of Benchmark Metals’ Lawyers Silver-Gold Project, located in Northern British Columbia, Canada. 

Lewis Teal, M.Sc. Geol, QP

Advisor

Mr. Teal has over 40 year’s experience in the natural resources industry, including greenfields exploration, as well as, near-mine exploration and development.  Lewis served as Exploration Manager for Newmont Mining’s Yanacocha operation from 2002 to 2006, and served as Newmont’s Manager and Group Executive of Exploration and Early-Stage Development for South America and the Caribbean Region (2006-2015). Since retiring from Newmont Mining in 2015, Lewis has been engaged as a private consultant based out of Albuquerque, N.M. 

Mr. Teal holds a Masters of Science degree in Geology from the University of Texas, and is a licensed Certified Professional Geologist, and is also a Qualified Person, as the term is defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Benny Mattsson, B.Sc.

Advisor

Mr. Mattsson holds a degree in Geology from the University of Uppsala, and brings more than 40 years of mineral exploration and geology experience to the Company.  Benny has an extensive background leading teams in both greenfields and district-sized exploration programs and has focused a considerable amount of his career in the prolific Skelleftea District of Sweden, where he held various exploration management positions with the country’s largest mining company, Boliden.  In addition to his years with Boliden, Mr. Mattsson also worked with International Gold Exploration IGE AB, where he held the position of Chief Geologist for the company’s IGE Nordic AB Rönnbäcken Nickel Project, also located in Sweden. Benny continues his successful career today as an Exploration and Geology consultant, advising mining companies in their endeavours.

Jordan Trimble, B.SC., CFA

Jordan Trimble is the President, CEO and a Director of Skyharbour Resources Ltd., a TSX Venture listed uranium exploration and development company, and is a Founder and the President of Rockridge Resources Ltd., a TSX Venture listed gold and copper exploration company. He is an entrepreneur who has worked in the resource industry specializing in management, corporate finance and strategy, shareholder communications, deal structuring and capital raising.

Gernot Wober, P. Geo

Mr. Wober is a professional geologist and has over 32 years of international resource exploration experience, and has led several successful discoveries and major resource expansions during his career. Mr. Wober is currently VP Exploration for Discovery Silver Corp. Previous roles Mr. Wober has held include VP Exploration for Osisko Mining, Oban Mining Corporation, Director of of Site Operations for the Pebble project in Alaska with the Pebble Limited Partnership, VP Exploration for Great Basin Gold Ltd., and various exploration roles with Chevron Canada Resources Limited, Noranda Exploration Company Limited, and Taseko Mines Limited.
